| Our school has approximately 200 pupils on roll and this enables us to maintain a caring, friendly ethos whilst ensuring every child is challenged to reach their full potential. “ We work to achieve “. The school is a two form entry school, we have the capacity for 60 children in each year group. Our Nursery can accept up to 39 children each session. Our staff are enthusiastic, energetic and committed to their roles and they in turn are supported by parent volunteers, a hard working Friends of Carr and a pro-active Governing Body. Together, we ensure that the children are always the focus of school life and are valued both as individuals and as part of the school community. Our school focuses on promoting all aspects of each child’s development including academic, physical, social and spiritual development - thus laying down strong foundations for future progress. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum that is challenging, stimulating and enjoyable as we believe that exciting learning opportunities enhance progress. You are welcome to visit the school and look around for yourself. We hope that our website will provide a useful introduction to our school. If you have further questions or suggestions, please email us using the link provided at the top of this Home page or contact me at school. Susan Bell Headteacher | |
